### 升级pip版本

```bash
pip install -i https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/pypi/web/simple pip -U
```

### 临时使用

```bash
pip install -i https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/pypi/web/simple package
```

### 设为默认
